Let’s Talk Racing…

Summer Showdown: June 26-28

This will undoubtedly be the biggest field of cars in the last decade at Evergreen Speedway.  We like our chances in this race!  Me and John will both be fielding cars, and it’s gonna be a huge weekend.  To all my TRC’ers, on Sunday I’ll have a code (JKRC) you can use when you buy your tickets online.  As you use the code a credit comes back to me at the speedway, and I will use this credit to pay some of the racing expenses.  I’m really looking forward to winning souls, representing all our sponsors and all the people of TRC on this big weekend.

Jeff Knight New Hats and Shirts

Some have seen the hats and want one.  Good news!  We will have 50 hats available this weekend at TRC services, $20.  We will have shirts available at the races beginning Thursday next week, $15.  With every hat and shirt purchased it goes along way to offset expenses in winning souls through racing cars.  I am so thankful for the people who support me in this journey!

New Book.

Yes, after 11 years of Winning Souls through Racing, I am working on a book about the day I made a decision to merge being a pastor and a race car driver, the theology of soul winning and great stories about all the people who’ve made it special.  Pray for me as we keep unpacking what it means to be a Winning Soul!

SIR Construction

Super excited to announce a new partnership on the #70 car.  SIR Construction is a General Contractor in the Monroe area who specializes in Insurance Claim repairs ie. fire, flood and damage.  They also do remodels, and new construction.  Scott, the owner, is a huge race fan and I’m very appreciative of the support.

Bethneibert.com

Another new sponsor to the team.  Beth is a social media genius and she can help any brand get the word out about what they are doing to grow their effectiveness in business and in life.  Check out her website and like her facebook page!

A Quick Review of the Races on June 9th…

We had a good showing in the 19 car field.  We ended the first main event in 4th.  We ended the 2nd main in 3rd after starting in the back.  We had a fantastic late race surge to put the car on the podium.  I’m super excited about how the car performed, and think it tells us a little about how the car will perform at the Showdown this next week.
